Pamelas Playroom Privacy Policy

Title of any goods remain with Pamelas Playroom until full payment or funds have cleared.

Pamelas Playroom will endeavour to deliver goods within 5 days of receiving the order, and the funds have cleared, subject to the goods being in stock. The customer has the right to cancel the order after 5 days if goods are out of stock without any obligation to Pamelas Playroom. The customer will be informed if goods are out of stock at the time of ordering, and a delivery date for out of stock items will be given.

Any goods sold may be returned for a credit or refund, with the exception of the items mentioned below, as long as they are in the same condition as supplied and not worn or damaged in any way.

Should any faults be found, the goods should be returned immediately and a replacement, credit or refund will be given, depending upon the condition of the returned goods.

It is advisable that the customer record delivers any faulty goods sent back to Pamelas Playroom in case they are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

If the goods which are sent by Pamelas Playroom are lost, stolen or damaged in the post, a replacement will be sent out, where applicable, and a claim will be submitted to the delivery company.

For reasons of health and hygiene, no underwear, lingerie or other items considered of an intimate nature, can be returned. Any goods returned, which are found to have been worn, will be scrapped and no refund given unless the garment is found to be faulty.

Postal & Packaging Charges are calculated on total weight of order.

If a consignment is not received within 14 days of being sent, a new consignment will be sent automatically at no extra cost to the customer. A full investigation will be conducted and the customer will have no responsibility for goods despatched from Pamelas Playroom . Any goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately.

Pamelas Playroom cannot guarantee availability of every colour and reserve the right to offer alternative colours to customers before dispatch.

Although every effort is made to reflect a true image of the product concerned, photographs and online catalogues may not depict the exact colour due to reflection or monitor resolution. Therefore, pictures should be viewed as a guide only. All photographs and website pictures are copyright, no unauthorised copying is permitted.

As a continual improvement of our products, Pamelas Playroom reserve the right to alter products and improve product specifications, should the company wish to do so.

Bespoke requests will be cost calculated on an individual basis. Pamelas Playroom’s interpretation of a customer drawing or measurements is final and the customer accepts that this bespoke item cannot be returned unless manufacturing faults are reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. No bespoke order will be processed until payment is received in full in advance. There are strictly no refunds or return policy on bespoke goods, due to their nature.

Pamelas Playroom will endeavour to deliver all bespoke products within 28 days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise advised at the time of placing the order.

Pamelas Playroom cannot be held responsible for any misuse or any inappropriate use of goods or products.

Pamelas Playroom will not be liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from the supply of goods.
